Primavera Farm Estate Chocolate

Ken grows and processes cacao seedlings to finished bars on his farm in Kealakekua. He sells cacao dry beans, nibs, powder and bars of 55% milk, 75% cacao trinitario, 75% criollo cacao and 85% dark chocolate. Sometimes apple bananas or tangelos when in season. Come to the booth and taste fresh beans and learn the process that they go through to become award winning chocolate.
